YOGA + KIDS = FUN

Get your little yogi on the mat every Wednesday 4:30-5:15pm for a weekly yoga class to encourage them to move, breathe, play, and think mindfully!

Join Yoga Vie and Peg Beebe RYT200, for this fun introduction to yoga for kids ages 6-12 years old. During this program, your little one will learn to move their body mindfully, engage with their peers and environment, and learn the basics of yoga in a light and playful way. Attend every week, or drop-in when you’re available! Friends are welcome, too!
